4. Payment Terms

Payments for our services are due as follows:

Upfront Payment: For larger projects, an upfront deposit may be required.
Upon Completion: Payments can be made upon the successful completion of services rendered.
Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and other secured payment gateways.

All payments must be made in the agreed-upon currency and within the stipulated timeframe. Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that schedules can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Notice Period: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time.
Fees: Cancellations made within the notice period may incur a nominal fee to cover administrative costs.
Refunds: Deposits are refundable if cancellations adhere to the notice period. Otherwise, a partial refund may be provided at our discretion.

6. Liability

While Gardener Colindale strives to provide high-quality services, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
